DelegateHQ operates on a flexible monthly subscription with no fixed-term contracts.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our team.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No further payments will be taken after your cancellation has been processed.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or any unused support hours.
• Any unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You’re free to restart your subscription at any time, subject to availability.
